Job Title: Peoplesoft Analyst
Location: Houston,TX.
Duration: 3-6 Months contract
Rate : DOE

*Required PeopleSoft HCM skills:*
Minimum 7 years PeopleSoft HCM functional experience
Should have PeopleSoft HCM 9.x experience (version 9.1 preferred)
Should specialize in HCM-GL Interface processes and programs
Should have experience designing and writing functional specifications for
the TL extracts and GL interface program
Strong exposure to PeopleSoft Time and Labor, specifically in relation to
fixed distribution, charge-outs, and project costing
Should have a solid understanding of various PeopleSoft processes, reports
and tools (including Peopletools, PSQuery, App designer, etc)
Should have strong oral and written communication skills

*Job responsibilities:*
Work with internal PeopleSoft HCM IT staff in setting up various payroll and
HR tables as part of a companywide reorganization effort
Provide advice on the various design and setup of the system, as the
PeopleSoft HCM Payroll-GL subject matter expert
Analyze and design the rewrite of the PeopleSoft Payroll-GL interface
Write functional specifications and work with the programmers in delivering
code
Write test scripts and execute them as part of system test of the developed
code before handing off to the Payroll department for UAT
Provide functional support to the Payroll, HR and corporate accounting teams
