*Title: MongoDB Administration* *Job Location: Southlake, TX* *Duration: 6 months+* *Rate: DOE/hr on C2C* *Required Skill set: * - *Minimum 5 years of Experience as a DBA with MongoDB* - *Minimum of 10 years of Experience as a DBA* - Deep Expertise and working knowledge of MongoDB 3.2 - Very good understanding of JSON and Document oriented databases - Experience with different storage solutions with MongoDB - Experience Migrating Database from Oracle to MongoDB - Experience with high transaction, high volume, large data handling in MongoDB - Experience in designing and maintaining complex solutions in MongoDB consisting of large amount of writes/updates and reads - Experience in Performance Analysis and Optimizing database queries with MongoDB - Experience with database design, reviewing existing database design and recommending changes to the database design for performance and storage improvements in MongoDB - Experience with highly available (n-node replica sets), multi-tenant solutions using MongoDB. - Defining and Implementing the rollout and rollback strategy with MongoDB - Defining and Implementing the backup and restore process for large database (Mutliple Terabytes on one instance) achieving high performance for backup and restore - Deep understanding of Sharding and designing highly scalable solutions with MongoDB - Define and Implement the process for performing runtime analysis of performance on MongoDB - Good knowledge of Javascript and Bash scripting - Knowledge and experience with ETL - Enterprise architecture expertise - Design principles of high availability and disaster recovery systems - Production support and troubleshooting - Database migrations, data transformations - Enterprise production systems maintenance - Theoretical and practical understanding of NOSQL Database and RDBMS - Knowledge sharing, training.
