*Position: Scrum Master* *Location: Philadelphia, PA Duration: 3 months* *Need H1B copy before submission* *Job Description: * Scrum Master that drives adoption of Agile principles, and creates organization wide processes and principles that will be adopted *Key Responsibilities:* · Support the transition of new and existing projects to Agile delivery methodology. · Coach teams and management on agile practices and principles · Conduct training, coaching, mentoring across the enterprise · Mentor and coach agile delivery teams · Help the Leadership Team understand and develop their Agile and Lean knowledge and practices. · Participate and support in Agile Communities Of Practice: ensuring consistent methods/approaches are used across the group · General agile training and facilitation across teams, project managers and business analysts * Experience and Expertise:* 8 + years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years in a technical software development environment 3+ years of experience in Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile delivery 1+ year of agile coaching experience CSM certification Experience with Distributed Teams Previous experience in using an Agile Management tool (TFS, Rally, ScrumWorks, VersionOne) Must have a strong agile background.
