Must have excellent communications skills as the position requires participating in meetings with the Business users and taking the business requirements from the BA's, and translating them into technical specifications for the Development team *The Tech Lead* will also need a solid background in *Java development*, and *Oracle*, as the position will require some development The dashboards are web based screens, so strength with *Soap based Web Services* is needed. Also, the reports are generated using *Slaesforce.com*, so a background with that tool is required. Also required is a background developing for *Pharma*, or companies that develop for *Pharma firms*.
