*Position:* *Business System Analyst (BSA – VARONIS)* *Duration: 12+months* *Location: Seattle, WA* *Interview: Phone and* *Onsite/Skype * *About the Role:* The Varonis Business Systems Analyst primary responsibility is to assist Application and DB support around the solution. The Varonis BSA is expected to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The responsibilities of the Varonis BSA include understanding of client's requirements, integrating Varonis solutions into environment and the technical development of Varonis. The Varonis BSA must be able to work with the PMO core team to articulate the importance of Data Governance. The following are some of the duties and responsibilities of the Varonis BSA: *Responsibilities:* · Act as first contact for all daily issues that are reported to the Application and DB support teams · Act as the Subject Matter Expert as it relates to the solution – Varonis · Assist other BSA’s in documenting, testing and training efforts in the department to facility smooth implementations of new processes and support ongoing user training. · Interact with company users and user organizations to better understand business processes and needs; develop a practitioner knowledge of Varonis; aide project personnel in user education and training on each application; assist during application setup. · Conduct training on the solution – TECHMASTERS, to evangelize solution and process out to the environment · Assist in the planning and implementation of in-house and vendor assisted software upgrades, conversions and release testing to ensure system and data integrity. Using accepted testing methodology and facilities, demonstrate prescribed application functionality within established time periods and process logic. · Interact with requester/user during discovery, justification, design, development, testing and the ongoing operation of all new/upgraded integrated systems applications to ensure product quality, efficiency, user satisfaction and ownership. · Interact with Varonis Core Team in defining and testing new report requirements using knowledge of application and table structure. Create testing scenarios and document results. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of application "best practices", methods and techniques. · Participate in the development of curriculum, user education and training on each Enterprise application. Assist during application setup and help in problem solving and issue resolution *Requirements:* · **Previous knowledge of Varonis preferred*. · Ability and desire to learn new applications & processes, flexibility to adopt new, changed, improves processes. · Positive service skills, based on real experience.
