*Job Responsibilities:*

· Work closely with internal and external clients, technical
resources and executives (Application Managers, Business Analysts, System
Analysts and Development / Quality teams)

· Coach and mentor a dedicated Team with the appropriate behaviors
associated with building a high performing team and application knowledge
base

· Evaluate the risks and solutions before taking action, so that
action plans are timely, realistic and positive

· Designs technology solutions by modeling requirements and
applying standard application methodology best practices

· Thorough understanding of key business processes and ability to
communicate and translate those needs to technical solutions

· Promote a collaborative Team environment that fosters creativity,
innovation and high performance

· Responsible for meeting company's customer advocacy &
satisfaction objectives



*Job Requirement*

· Hands on development and analysis experience with SSIS/SSDT
2008/2012/2014

· Ability to develop using ASP.NET, C#.NET 1.1 to 4.5 frameworks

· Hands on experience in SQL server programming like writing
complex stored procedures, triggers and T-SQL - 2014/2012/2008

· Used Microsoft .NET 3.5/4.0 frameworks for developing various
applications

· Experience with high volume transactional systems, multi database
environment

· Implemented projects using the multi-tiered architecture for
Enterprise level projects

*Nice to Have:*

· Experience in working with the tools like subversion, HP Quality
Center, AutoSys, Redgate

· Experience with performance improvement using backend programs
like SQL procedures etc.

· Proven success in delivering cross-browser web applications



*Required Qualifications:*

· Development Lead / 5 years

· .NET Framework / 5 years

· .NET Opensource / 5 years
