Job Title : QA With Load Runner
Location : Chicago, IL
Duration : 6 Months
*NEED GC OR USC ONLY*
*NEED LOCAL OR NEARBY FOR F2F INTERVIEW*
Experience required:
Candidates must have expertise in Loadrunner amounting to at least 7 to 10
years
Must have high-caliber current LoadRunner 11.5 experience.
Candidates who do not meet this qualification need not apply.
Must have experience with Loadrunner protocols and be able to explain
routine Loadrunner settings and their purposes.
Ability to communicate clearly, respond to questions directly, and maintain
a professional communication style under pressure
Self-initiative in problem-solving is key.
Skills and experience in performance testing.
Superb knowledge of LoadRunner. Must be able to work with many different
protocols, systems/equipment monitoring, troubleshooting errors and
understanding transaction failures.
Demonstrated skill in creating LoadRunner scripts at the API level, rather
than just record and playback.
Creative problem solver who can recommend methods of testing various types
of applications.
Adept at leading meetings and explaining rationale behind QA standards and
application performance.
Must be able to work independently across multiple projects at a time while
following a formal process.
Excellent organizational skills are necessary for tracking status of
multiple projects and requests. Project management experience preferred.
Strong experience in technical documentation.
Strong experience in Quick Test Pro.
Persuasive ability to explain to people the value in performance testing.
In depth knowledge of architectures and technologies as they relate to
performance testing.
