Job Title: SAP PM/Business Analyst
Terms: 3-Months open-ended contract
Location: Houston, TX.
Project Description:
Develop and deploy a solution that will generate maintenance requests based
upon non-elapsed time variables.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* SAP PM Functional Specialist (Business Analyst) RR
* The incumbent will be responsible for the design of two interfaces from
OSI PI to Magellan SAP: one for generating notifications and one for generating
measurement documents. The interface design will comprise making a choice on
the SAP technology to be used (RFC/BAPI/Bizztalk) to communicate with the OSI
PI system and the workings of the SAP part of the interface.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Advice on the interface technology to be used for the two interfaces
* Make a high level design of the interfaces incl. a data flow design/diagram
* Make a detailed design of the interface together with an ABAP specialist
* Make a security design for the interfaces
* Prepare all documentation needed for the designs
* Be a knowledgeable counterpart for the OSI PI specialist building the OSI
PI part of the solution
* Prepare the interface test cases, -documentation and -plan
* Prepare an implementation plan for the interfaces in close coordination
with SAP support
Technical Skills and Experience:
* Has had at least 3 years of exposure to the interface technology described
(RFC, ALE/iDoc, Bizztalk)
* Has had at least 3 years of exposure to- and is certified in SAP PM
* Has a proven track record of analysis- and design work for interfaces
to/from SAP using Bizztalk
* Knowledge of Magellan a strong plus
