*Position 1: Business System Analyst (NEED GC AND USC ONLY)*

Required skills: business systems analyst, deployments, API, migrations,
integration, vendor relations, excellent communication skills, fast paced
environment

SPECIFIC SKILL SETS REQUIREMENTS:
·        Ability to act as liaison between business and IT, clearly
translating business requests into detailed system requirements
·        Ability to organize, specify and model requirements to ensure they
are complete and unambiguous
·        Ability to meet with stakeholders to understand their business
needs and ultimately their business requirements
·        Extensive experience partnering with third party vendors and
various groups throughout the organization in support of PWS, eCatalog, VMO
, Gigya, etc.
·        Understanding of API’s (integrating / migrating systems)
·        Must be analytical and detail oriented with strong problem-solving
and customer service skills
·        Ability to clarify any requirements to developers and testers on
the project
·        Ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, tasks and
deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
·        Experience working in virtual teams in a multi-cultural environment
·        Needs to be a team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves
and take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve

SPECIFIC SKILL SETS DESIRED, BUT NOT NECESSARILY REQUIRED:
•        CMS experience is helpful, but not required.
•        eCommerce experience is helpful, but not required.

WHAT EXACTLY WILL THIS INDIVIDUAL BE WORKING ON?
·        This person will work as a member of the eSuite team. This
position will be responsible for working with the PWS, Gigya, eCatalog, VMO app
stakeholders to deploy new integrations AND migrate existing integrations to
support the new Sitecore platform. In this capacity this individual will be
required to work across various IST teams, Digital Marketing and vendors.
·        Meeting with stakeholders to understand their needs and wants to
identify the signed off on exact requirements
·        Specifying Requirements by documenting requirements in a format
that can be shared with stakeholders
·        Validating and verifying requirements by ensuring the requirements
map to the real business need, are approved by all relevant stakeholders,
and meet essential quality standards
·        Working very closely with the developers and the project managers
on any issues that might arise
·        Raising any risks that may impact the requirements on a project
·        Create and run test cases and assist during release process
·        Contributing to the project management plan in terms of
requirements approach, risks, constraints, assumptions and planning
·        Working with external vendors
·        Incorporating new ideas and approaches into recommended solutions
·        Providing frequent communication of status to customers,
supervisor and the team as a whole
·        Demonstrating a strong commitment to complete established
deliverables on time with high degree of

Any one of the products: Zabbix, Cyberark, Cloakware, ServiceNow, Patrol,

Nonlocal is okay.  H1b is okay.  If a product or jargon like workload
automation is not on the resume, just get it in there if they have it.  We
have found some of the best candidates don’t always list these buzzwords
for the sake of condensing their resumes.
