Data Modeler
Duration: 3 mo CTH
Requires: GC or US Citizen
MUST have very good communication skills!!

Client is seeking a Data Modeler (Erwin) for a position in the Cincinnati,
OH area.

Responsibilities:
Work with business customers, stakeholders, business analysts, developers
and technology teams to understand the data requirements, to achieve
project objectives, delivery dates, cost objectives, quality objectives and
business customer satisfaction.
Convert business processes, domain specific knowledge, and information
needs into conceptual, logical and physical data models.
Ensure the data models are capable of meeting end user and developer needs.
Develop data models and data migration strategies utilizing industry
leading concepts and methodologies of data modeling.
Experience with managing metadata, developing, publishing and maintaining
all documentation for data models.
Work with multiple teams to develop, modify, validate and deliver new or
modified data models within a collaborative environment, while maintaining
the standards, metadata and quality of the data architecture.

Qualifications:

Enthusiastic learner, dedicated to customer service and quality control.
Have excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
Experience with developing and maintaining data models, building data
migration strategies utilizing sound concepts of data modeling including
OLTP, Star Schemas among others.
Experience using data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, ERstudio) and ERwin
Model Manager is a plus.
Familiar with Microsoft SQL, stored procedure and Integration Services
(SSIS) ETL design and development.
Advanced SQL programming in SQL Server is a must. Working knowledge of
Oracle is desired.
Experience with business intelligence tools and data analytics skills.
Ability to work effectively with associates at all levels within the
organization.
Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, organize and plan work to
satisfy established timeframes.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Familiar with the Agile Methodology.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving
skills.
Self-motivated team player who excels in a collaborative environment.
Strong sense of accountability, adaptability, flexibility and a sense of
urgency.
They should have a bias for action and achieving results for themselves as
well as their team.
Passionate about continuously improving organizational practices. Ability
to learn and apply new technologies quickly and self-directed.
