*Requirements:The Channel Support Specialist is responsible for supporting
the remote delivery team in their efforts to effectively manage
self-service channels for our members.The remote delivery division oversees
the strategy and business performance of online banking, mobile banking,
online applications, ATMs, interactive voice response, kiosk, interactive
teller machines and future remote delivery service options. Documentation
Business Liaison Project Coordination Analysis Reporting Work in
partnership with channel management, channel analytics, vendors and
internal business partners to gather, define and organize requirements that
support initiatives and processes Document and coordinate initiatives
internal to the business unit and broader*
* scale while working with project management teams and business *
*stakeholders Collect and organize member, user and employee feedback to
inform the *
*enhancement of products, services and operational processes Review and
analyze systems and processes to identify and recommend opportunities for
improvements Assist analytic teams in their efforts to collect and expose
information for strategic and operational intelligence Work with business
units and quality assurance teams to ensure all test plans, user acceptance
and regression testing processes are well documented, comprehensive,
repeatable and accurate *
*Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or a related
field or will exhibit a comparable level of training and relevant practical
experience.MBA, MS or similar graduate degree or credentials are a plus 3+
years of related experience is preferred Project management experience is a
plus Self-managed self-starter capable of balancing multiple tasks
and proactively prioritizing work under changing conditions Ability to
influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Political savvy
and skills needed to navigate complex organizations,including
communication, interpersonal relations, and project leadership Familiarity
with current and emerging trends in the consumer retail banking industry is
a plus Relevant experience within areas of the defined job responsibilities
