Job Description: Actuate/Business Objects/Cognos Impromptu client tool/Informatica/Pentaho installation and configuration on various platforms (i.e., Unix, Windows, Solaris or Linux) with performance tuning and optimization using load balancing, distributed hardware architecture with understanding the underlying data sources. Manage security (Actuate/Cognos, database, windows/unix/linux) Perform backup and upgrades and troubleshooting by understanding the various log messages. Create and maintain installation documentation and architectural diagrams.
