Position: QA Lead (HR Systems Test Lead) Location - Columbus, OH Duration - 2 + months (will most likely be extended) interview process - phone/skype* *Skills:* HP Quality Center (testing management system), Familiarity with PeopleSoft modules *Skill Level: * 5+ years experience in software testing. Expert in functional testing process, including test scope identification, test requirements management, test case development, test scheduling, and defect management. Strong understanding of common Systems Development Lifecycle methodologies, including Waterfall and iterative approaches like Agile / Scrum. Proficient in using HP Quality Center / TestDirector for test and defect management or a similar tool. Able to Independently document and present test strategies / plans to project and business leaders. Experience leading multiple resources on projects; onshore and offshore. Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills with IT and Business audiences. Excels at working in a project environment and on cross-functional teams. Retail / HRMS background is preferred.
