•  Be a staunch user advocate with research-based usability knowledge
•   Ability and desire to conduct UX research techniques (both qualitative
and quantitative, in-person and remote) such as user interviews, usability
testing, personas, A/B testing, surveys, and task-focused analysis (user
flows, mental models, ideation sessions, etc)
•  Formal creativity – producing documentation/specs, UI and UX artefacts,
wireframes, prototypes, etc.
•  You love the whiteboard!
