Hope you are doing great, IDM Project Manager 1 10/19/2015 6 months Plano, TX. *Job Description:* This position requires managerial and technical acumen to lead an effort of implementing new Identity Management system in a large enterprise with global operations. This position is recognized as a people and technical leader, possessing a broad understanding of the applications and technical architectures, including the inter-operability of technologies in the current and planned infrastructure, as well as the people and skillsets required to support them. This position keeps apprised of the changing technical environment, and is integrally involved in implementing best practices in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: • Provide hands-on Engineering and Operational support of the Identity Management infrastructure; Recommend and drive the enhancement process for the Identity Management (IDM) systems • Team Management in on-site and off-shore model • Operational service level management • System documentation and standard operating procedures • Consultative services to Enterprise Architecture • Establish a continual service improvement plan and drive internal projects to improve overall IAM platform service • Participate in design review working directly with clients and business owners on the integration requirements including provisioning, de-provisioning and user lifecycle into the IAM platform • Responsible for the development and maintenance of system configurations and process design documentation, operating procedures and process documentation • Maintain and assess operational requirements and service issues for improvement opportunities; Maintain and upgrade the infrastructure for the Identity Management system including migrations to newer product versions *Required:* • Minimum 10 years of experience developing large-scale enterprise IAM solutions, preferably CA Identity Manager with a minimum of two years of experience in a technical and functional lead role • Strong leadership and experience managing highly technical teams • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Experience managing user life cycle and integrating application requirements in a shared services framework with focus on provisioning, de-provisioning, entitlements, Role Based Access Control, Self Service/Self Registration technologies • Demonstrate extensive knowledge across a broad range of identity and access management technologies, preferably CA Identity Minder, CA Governance Minder, CA Control Minder, CA Directory, Release automation, CA APM, User Provisioning, Access Provisioning, Access Review, Single Sign On • Understanding of Active Directory, RACF and LDAP directory services • Familiarity with federated identity and web services security concepts such as SAML, WS-Trust and OAuth. • Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable interfacing with various levels up, down and across the organization • Proven success working in a distributed and highly collaborative environment • Industry recognized security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM) preferred Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
