No exceptions the client will NOT skype!)* Resume *MUST *show experience with longer term projects (over 1+ years), not someone who has hopped around project to project, shorter terms 5-10 years PM experience *Must* have experience in Telephony projects *Must* have Call Center experience *Must *have great personality/communication as they will have a lot of contact with stakeholders *Does NOT* have to have PMP, but if they don’t, they must have the Call Center experience *Preferred* experience in Avaya red and blue Preferred – ITIL experience Project – integrating the various systems into their Call Center (Collections, customer service, invoicing, A/P…..)
