Position: Project Manager Location: Hartford, CT.
Need: Immediate. Long term (at least 6 months +). JD below. *Must Have P&C Insurance background* Need solid Project Manager profiles with relevant experience based on JD mentioned below. • Driving all aspects of IT Project and Portfolio activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and Business segments. • Defining the scope, work plan, resources, timeline and budget for information technology projects. • Drives the development and execution of project plan by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives. • Ensures consistency and adherence to standards, processes, and policies for all projects. • Manages all aspects of the project execution including chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management, financial management (cost estimation, budget development, and cost control) and reporting. • Manages the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues. Plans communication, distributes information as necessary, and provides status reporting. • Tracks project budget and resource utilization against plan. • Experience in working on different frameworks like DMAIC, Waterfall Model, Agile and handling multiple vendor teams • Preferably PMP with experience in handing Infrastructure , tech currency programs Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
