Hello Partners, I hope this message finds you well. I am looking for an SAP Ariba trainer in Eagan, MN. The candidate must have hands on experience with SAP Ariba. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prefer a very pleasant voice with the ability to provide much inflection to ensure effectiveness on virtual and recorded sessions. Our business is global and our trainees will be all over the world, so flexibility is also a plus. • Must be a leader that sets the standard and expectations through example in his/her conduct, work ethic, integrity and character • Able to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and virtual classroom dynamics across many cultures. • Assess training and development needs across multiple Thomson Reuters locations, including Shared Service Centers. • Assist in developing the overall strategy for initial, ongoing and refresher training programs. • Develop and deliver training for all SAP Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Information Management, and Procure to Pay within SAP Ariba as required in multiple time zones. • Build global training curriculum and materials for super users, end users and management. • Determine the best training delivery methods/options/materials to maximize learning objectives. • Ensure that training/development programs, activities and materials are well documented and can be replicated in additional locations if needed. • Monitor and manage the quality and effectiveness of training programs/initiatives through regular evaluation and continuous improvement. • Coordinate external and internal resources to develop and execute a training schedule. • Establish and maintain high-quality professional relationships at all levels within the organization. EDUCATION: • BS/ BA degree in a relevant subject required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Training experience – proficient in training methodologies, curriculum development, adult education, change management, and soft skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.) • 3-5 years experience in the development and delivery of training programs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required • Ability to convey complex information and processes • Computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office and web based systems; visual aids technology • Proficient with conducting virtual training and electronic training applications (ie Captivate) • Previous hands-on experience using SAP Ariba preferred • Previous Sourcing, Purchasing and Contracts experience preferred *Qualification Rating Must Have * *Certification* Bachelor's degree * Yes Productivity Software SAP * and 0 Yrs.
