This position will provide technical leadership to the project team and in-depth Cisco Unified Communications (“UC”) subject matter expertise. In-depth knowledge and demonstrable experience in designing and implementing routing protocols, quality of service, and Cisco UC manager, unity, emergency responder and session initiation protocol (“SIP”) gateways. Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex VoIP call control, call routing and applications and services. Ability to troubleshoot network issues and deliver known solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction. Ability to define VoIP processes and procedures and develop work plans. Ability to resolve problems of complex scope Exercises judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and presents ideas within the project team. Ability to summarize technical concepts and communicate to senior level management Ability to work effectively with and provide guidance to other members of the work group. Education and Certification: This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in a technical field (Computer Science Electrical Engineering preferred) or equivalent plus 5 + years related experience.
