Location:* Austin TX*
The QA – Build Engineer is a key development team member and is responsible
for the design, development and execution of test cases for Infoglide
products and primary configuration build resource for the software
development team.
*EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE*
* *
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from four-year College or university
preferred or equivalent work experience. Two to four years experience
testing software systems.
*KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES*
Must have experience with manual testing, test case and test plan
development.
Automated scripting experience, test framework creation, software
programming, practical knowledge of XML, shell script programming,
familiarity with SQL and database design
Strong troubleshooting / analysis skills.
Must have ability to work effectively on a team, communicate ideas with
peers, development and management, and work independently.
Practical knowledge of XML, Ability to navigate within a relational database
such as Oracle and DB2.
Experience with GUI, API and functional testing.
Experience with web-based application testing.
