NEED GC OR USC ONLY !!* QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Bachelors Degree in Technology, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience Strong communication skills C# .NET 3.5 - 4.5 - 3-5 years ASP.NET web pages (pages, master pages, user controls; not MVC) ADO.NET required LINQ & Entity Framework Web API a plus MS SQL Server 2008 - 5 years Creation of stored procedures, functions, and views. Performance tuning of procedures Creation of tables preferred. HTML & CSS 3 - 3-5 years JavaScript (DHTML, jQuery, Underscore) - 3 year Telerik for ASP.NET, Kendo - Familiarity preferred ETL package development (SSIS, DTS, Tibco) - preferred if not 3 years OVERVIEW Analyzes, designs, and prepares or selects new systems/technologies in order to meet internal and external user requirements. Leads and coordinates project teams consisting of management, users, IT staff, and vendors, under limited supervision. Provides financial input to IT Management on project budgetsor other cost estimates as requested. Supports existing systems and large projects. This position will demonstrate and apply broad technical knowledge to assist with integration and development related activities for overall solution. Interact with a broad range of professionals including: Developers, Architects, Quality Assurance, Application Support, Product Specialists, Program Managers, and the end Client. KEY RESPONSIBILITES Perform analysis and makes recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency. Business process knowledge and a deep understanding of open source development and object oriented design and analysis. Perform a variety of complex integration related tasks, such as designing, documenting, and coding program logic. Help manage client expectations and takes accountability for addressing technology concerns Serves as the key technical contact and interface for client specific integrations and technical Lead Functions as a technical resource for the other team members. Provides estimates of work effort for client projects. Provides technical direction and supervision to analyst staff in the development and implementation of systems or in problem solving.
