JAVA Developer with Scrum Master Oakland CA
6 months 2 Skype or 1 Skype and 1 phone *Job description* · Work together with Technical Lead/Architect and Scrum Product Owner to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines. · Work closely with the Technical Lead/Architect, Scrum Product Owner and Business Analysts for understanding the system’s functional and non-functional requirements. · Collaborate and facilitate sprints, solution development, enhancements and fixes based on release schedules. · Collaborate and facilitate to come up with software development plan that meets time lines, based on the state-of-the-art technologies. · Coordinate sprint planning and release planning. · Conduct daily scrum meetings · Help team resolve issues, conflicts and barriers by working with Technical Lead/Architect and Scrum Product Owner. · Help development team resolve issues · Must be able to facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches. · Should be able to facilitate solution development activities of multiple projects/products and releases. · Ensure that process is followed and team is functional and productive. · Coordinate Onsite and Offshore development activities. · Monitor and track sprints and development activities to deliver highest quality of products. · Keep team on track of deliverables and timelines. *Qualifications:* · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field · Minimum of 5 years of management/ leadership experience in a software development organization required. · Must have at least 8 years of experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products to market. · Strong understanding of the software development cycle. · Strong leadership, project management skills, time management, and problem solving skills · Experience in Java programming and J2EE/Tomcat application server software development (EJB, JMS, JDBC, JTA) · Relevant experience with web services and REST. · Experience in IOS/Android mobile application development is a plus. · Understanding of relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL) · Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices · Understanding of fundamentals of iterative development. · Experience in Backlog grooming, burn down metrics, velocity, and task definition · Experience with service-oriented environments, and better development practices · Self-motivated, team player, action-and-results oriented · Well organized, good communication and reporting skills · Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines *Regards,* *Manju Shree* *Sr IT Recruiter* *IDC Technologies, Inc. 1851 McCarthy Boulevard, Suite 116,Milpitas, CA, USA, 95035* *Phone: 408-418-5779 ext 1012 |Fax: 408-608-6088 | * *Email: **ma...@idctechnologies.com* <kara...@idctechnologies.com>*| Web: * *www.idctechnologies.com* <http://www.idctechnologies.com/> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
