Background with CSG and provisioning will be greatly beneficial. PM will be tightly coupled with the CSG PM to coordinate efforts. Will be matrix managing technical resources so a proven ability to lead technical projects is needed. Must be comfortable leading highly visible projects and be able to communicate effectively in a calm and fact based manner. *Required Skills:* 5+ Years in a PM role managing medium to large projects (3000-30000 hours) 5+ Years’ experience with project management principles such as risk logs, stakeholder management, budgeting, and reporting Proven ability to manage complex projects by early identification of risks/issues and working with others to mitigate challenges Ability to lead technical and non-technical resources Clear communicator with the ability to drive to the root of an issue by asking the right kind of questions. 3+ Years managing projects in the *Cable industry*.
