Project Summary The scope of this project is migrate
applications to Azure
Responsibility"Mandatory
• Must have 10+ years of strong development background in one or more
programming languages and platforms
• Must demonstrate Program Manager skills including Stakeholder Management,
Tracking Schedules, Reporting, Cross Culture/Team/Functional Interactions
• Must understand standard architectural patterns used for Cloud hosted
workloads and cloud first solutions (think hyper-scale, multi-tenancy,
security, etc.)
• Must have hands-on experience on Microsoft Azure Stack
o Should be familiar with current Azure IaaS and PaaS offerings and hands
on with a few PaaS offerings
o Well versed with Azure Container Service (ACS), Docker Swarm, Apache
Mesos, Azure Resource Manager and should be able to code either PowerShell
or REST API in C#, Node.js or similar languages
o Should have working for Enterprise Customers/Employer in the past and
understand non-technical requirements (compliance, security etc.) in an
Enterprise Setup
o Should be able to use Azure Management Portal and deploy Scripts on test
and production environments
• Must be able to quickly assimilate technical concepts and architecture
from customer and explain it to remote/offshore teams
• Must be able to understand and review code and provide feedback
• Must be well versed with Agile Methodologies and have used Agile in at
least 3 full project cycles
• Must have worked on at least one project with Dev-Ops model.
Preferred
• Having Solution Architect experience will be a plus
• Familiarity with Non Microsoft Cloud Solutions or private cloud stacks
(eg. Azure Stack) a plus
• Hands on experience working on Azure REST API, docker designing, docker
management
• Familiarity with Hadoop or other Big data solutions
• Experience implementing Microservice and Container Technology
• Microsoft Certification on Azure
Soft Skills
• Should be a good communicator and able to collaborate with Senior
Architects well as Sales Leaders
• Should have experience in interacting and coordinating with multiple teams
• Should have experience working in large Enterprises and understand
corporate dynamics
• Should be able guide team members with varying experiences and skillsets
• Should be able to work with offshore delivery structure and delivery
management
• Should have demonstrated capability to work Technical/Non-Technical
people with ease
