Job Title: Systems Analyst/Requirement Analyst
Job Description:
The ideal candidate should have the following skills & experiences:
• Working experience on Requirement Analysis or Systems
Analysis.
• Extensive experience of working on customer facing role.
• Previous experience of writing requirements aka System
Requirements and High Level Design (HLD) Documents in reference to Business
Requirement Document and Solution approach Document.
• Good understanding of documents such as Application Interface
Design (AID), Backend System Overview, Business Process Rules ,System Use
Cases and Requirement Traceability Matrix(RTM).
• Exposure to XML schema, SOAP protocols.
• Knowledge of tools such as Rally, XML Spy and Requisite Pro
will add an advantage.
Good knowledge of ORACLE SQL concepts, Java, middleware
application.
• Review and approve the BRD/JRD/CPW document from Systems
Analyst team.
• Experience of Project Effort estimation by clarifying the
scope with Development lead, Business Analyst and Project Manager.
• Approve the business requirements, AID, test case documents
by arranging a meeting with business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide support to development, test and production teams.
• Excellent communication skills in writing, presenting and
listening. Fluency in conversational, written and technical English is a
must.
• Being able to collaborate and work in a multinational team.
• Very good at initiative and following-up.
• Leadership qualities such as integrity, attention to details
and sense of urgency
• Act as an expert providing directions and guidance to process
improvements and establishing policies.

Required Skills
6 - 8 years of IT experience, including significant experience in systems
analyst role in J2EE based applications. Worked on Multi interface
environment and related technologies
