*NO H1b -- .NET Developer --- Boston, MA --- $42-hr on C2C* *Title: .NET DeveloperLocation: Boston, MADuration: 7+ monthsRATE: $42/hr on C2C* Responsibilities for .Net Web Application Developer: Code application using C#.Net, MVC Front End frameworks (particularly AngularJS), Web API 2, Entity Framework, jQuery. Check all code in/out of Team Foundation Server to ensure code integrity and version control. Write .Net code to develop new forms, fix bugs, and facilitate enhancements in existing web applications; Write complex SQl queries; Review and perform a technical analysis of requirements; Produce a solid, detailed technical design; Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements; and Contribute ideas for making the application(s) better and easier to use Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure performance and security requirements. Provide quality control/assurance to systems and programming activities, which includes determining causes of form/feature failure, taking corrective actions, coordinating testing and implementing changes. Work with Database Administrators, Release Manager, and other ITO staff, as warranted to expedite software fixes that affect production, data quality, and access. Qualifications for .Net Web Application Developer: 4 years of application development experience Solid understanding of web protocols and APIs Experience with MVVM/MVC Front End frameworks ( particularly AngularJS), MVC, Web API 2, EF 4 or EF6 and jQuery, SQl and JSON NET development and solid knowledge of .Net architecture, ASP.Net, C#.Net and ADO.net. Experience in web-enablement of multitier enterprise applications is required. Skill in developing SOAP based or JSON/RESTful web services with server side components in C#.Net Skill in designing and developing database schema in SQL Server Proficiency with Visual studio 2012/2010, Team Foundation Server and standard Microsoft development environment. Education/experience that includes the design, development and implementation of large-scale network based, multi-user applications. Thorough understanding of structured design methodology, prototyping, client server/object oriented technologies and programming techniques. Familiarity with Windows, JavaScript, Java, HTML, XML, XSD, and Web based applications. Experience developing Web Services, object-oriented development and development of CLASS objects. Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team setting with close communication with others. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to pursue tasks with a minimum of supervision and deliver quality work on time. EEA Development Environment: Development environment includes Microsoft .Net framework 3.5 and 4.x, Visual Studio 2010/2012, Microsoft Enterprise Libraries, Team Foundation Server, and Toad. Using C#.Net, VB.Net, ASP.Net and MVC. Use of web services, Cascading Style Sheets, JavaScript, AJAX , XML. Third party tools include Toad, Infragistics, and Active Reports. Database connectivity to SQL-Server 2008R2 and Oracle 12c. Software cycles through Development, Test, Stage, and Production environments.
