Knowledge in Remedy ITSM and Configuration Management Onshore / Offshore coordination *Roles & Responsibilities* • Understand Requirements document and use cases • Build test strategy, plan and test cases based on the available documents • Coordinate with Dev / vendor team for requirements • Test case execution by following release timelines • Web Services validation • Validation of Integration and its end results in Remedy • UAT coordination with Business testers • Consolidate test results and gather sign off *Generic Managerial Skills* • Excellent Communication skills • Excellent documentation skills • Experience in the Healthcare industry/ domain • ITIL Process.
