*Desired skills and responsibilities:*
Adobe AEM/CQ CMS Developer With a minimum of 2-3 years of practical AEM
experience, including the use and implementation of the Adobe AEM/CQ
product suite (including AEM/CQ, CRX, WCM, EDAM and Social Collaboration).
Using a skills toolset including Java, HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript and AEM
architectural understanding, the developer roles include (but are not
limited to) creating reusable AEM components and templates; troubleshooting
code and configuration issues; system and maintenance support; and making
recommendations on best practices.
A strong capability in JavaScript frameworks, specifically angular and
bootstrap, in required.
An appreciation of MVC architectures is preferential.
A strong background in web development is required– the roles have focus on
Java technologies with applied front end experience. Strong visual design
skills are a plus.
Develop digital consumer experiences based on the foundation of the Adobe
AEM/CQ product suite, including CQ, CRX/CRXDE, WCM, EDAM, Analytics,
A/B/Multi-Variant Testing and Social Collaboration.
Design and implement customer engagement strategies to support multi-site,
multi-channel, multi-lingual delivery environments.
Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for content,
commerce and collaboration solutions that support the customer, drive
revenue and create efficiency in work streams.
Translate client requirements into technical designs. Lead external or
internal teams in the development of templates, components or in
troubleshooting code and configuration issues.
Design and implement reusable components, templates and workflows for the
Adobe AEM 6 platform.
Design integrations between content-driven AEM applications and other
systems.
Build solutions on top of the Adobe WCM, DAM and Social Collaboration
modules.
Partner with the IT department to ensure the Application Server’s ongoing
development is maintained to standards during architecture
enhancements/upgrades or modifications.
Define, communicate and enforce implementation processes, quality gates and
standards to all teams.
Define, communicate and enforce best practices to manage performance and
scalability of the content. management and content delivery solution
directing all applicable teams on minimum standards of operation.
Direct and Develop AEM projects following Adobe best practices for
development.
Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management
implementation.
Adopt and utilize iterative/Agile methodology as needed or requested.
Perform all other job related duties as requested.
