Seeking a QA Analyst to assist team developing  Test Strategy, Test Plan
and Test Cases. Along with working with the development team to create test
data, triage issues, and report on testing statistics.  The ideal candidate
has a strong understanding of SW development in Agile Methodology
environment with extensive experience on testing methodology and working
with the large project team.

 Musts

· BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
field or equivalent work experience

 Business Experience

· 1+ years system development, testing, and/or business experience

 Wants

· Knowledge on Release Management Process; cloud experience is a
plus

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

· Able to work efficiently and meet/exceed deadlines under pressure

· Ability to develop test cases from business requirement; cross
reference requirement to test case coverage

· Knowledge and experience with test methodology, QA process and
the SDLC In Agile

· Highly collaborative and able to give/receive critical feedback

· Ability to work in team environment

· Solid ability to take ownership and initiative

· Experience working with a software development team

· Salesforce Implementation is a plus

Position : QA
Location : San Diego,CA*(Need Locals for onsite interview)*
Duration : 6 Months
*Rate : $45/hr on C2C*

Description :
Participation in a SCRUM in a QA role, but also serving as analyst, in some
cases
2-5 years of Web application testing (2-tier and 3-tier architectures)
Prior experience supporting a full product release cycle, including support
of deployments to Production
Creation of basic SQL queries
Prior roles in analyst positions
Should be comfortable working in an open area environment and War Rooms
with heavy emphasis on teleconferencing as a team or individual
Evenings and weekends may be required to support deployments to Production
on a regular basis
