4-5 years’ experience in development of JAVA Enterprise Applications using open source solutions. JAVA SE 1.5 and above, JEE version 5, *EJB*, spring, Hibernate, Annotations , AOP, concept of Bijection, *JBOSS* Enterprise Service Bus, JBOSS SEAM Strong understanding of JMS concepts, ETL tools, preferably Smooks, XML, FLT, EDI, XSLT transformations. *JBOSS SOA and Application Server * Oracle, Microsoft SQL server and strong understanding of SQL and stored procedures. Others :- ready to work independently based on Technical Requirements and Design , ready to work in a team environment. This person is responsible for 2 way offshore "communications" - not offshore leadership. There is an offshore Lead available. This person will be involved in "creating program specs" and will communicate those specs to the offshore team. This individual will also look at the code developed by the offshore team prior to implementation. This person will work with the staff to understand requirements.
