Minimum three to five years of experience working with Web Servers and (Apache) as well as experience with Internet protocols and technologies (XML, SOAP, SAML, SSO, Axis, JAXB) * Experience developing / working with ActiveMQ or other queueing systems. * Basic understanding of load balancing technologies. * Proficiency in PERL, and PHP and Java is a must. Experience developing / working with Web Services APIs, REST/SOAP is also required. Helpful to know Perl's Inside-Out object model. Java a plus.
