A team of 10-15 are currently working on projects enhancing this portal. *What skills/attributes are a must have? * Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 5+ years experience writing system requirements documentation, gathering and analyzing data 5+ years of experience working in the different phases of development 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) Strong communication skill - written and verbal *What skills/attributes are nice to have? * 2+ years of experience facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions 1+ years experience with Agile/Scrum Programming experience Financial and/or Healthcare Industry experience *Where is the work to be performed?* Green Bay, WI is preference with Eden Prairie, MN as secondary. *What type of interview process is preferred? * Phone screening for initial conversation – 30 minutes.
