Title: Technical Business Analyst(Face-Face) posted on 2013-10-25 14:28:22 Job Description:*Technical Business Analyst* *Location* :Plymouth Meeting, PA(Locals) *Interview Type*: Phonic+Face-Face *Duration* :6Months+ *Role Overview:* Serves as the liaison the business community and the Data Management team. Working in conjunction with the business community, documents business and technical requirements in user stories. Works closely with the Data Management development and quality assurance teams to ensure the requirements are understood and feasible. *Job Responsibilities:* Responsible for identifying and documenting business and technical requirements in user stories, working with business users to identify priority. · Ability to translate business requirements and acceptance criteria into system business rules · Ability to translate business needs into project requirements while ensuring a technically feasible solution. · Understanding Data Governance concepts and incorporating them into tools for data mapping, profiling, cleansing, and monitoring data. · Experience with creating and executing test cases to validate requirements · Experience with system implementation methodologies (Agile) Technical Experience Requirements: · Experience using excel, .txt, .csv, .xml, and Cobol copybook layouts is required · Experience in source to target data mapping using Excel · Understanding of data types (varchar, int, punch, date, money) and what transformation is needed to transform one type into another type (money punch to money) · Experience with defining, using, and testing data transformations · Ability to translate business requirements and acceptance criteria into system business rules · Ability to profile data and the setup required to define composite keys (to eliminate duplicates), link claims (reversals), and rollup claims summary information (headers) · Understanding of system processing and the most efficient way to write T-SQL database queries · Understanding of SQL-server data manipulation statements (create, insert, update, drop, truncate) · Understanding of SQL-server agent jobs (creating new jobs, executing jobs, understanding job logs) · Ability to write complex T-SQL and PL/SQL from scratch to validate post implementation data results · Ability to read and understand T-SQL Stored Procedures · Understanding of database concepts (schema, instances) · General understanding of document control (SharePoint, SVN) · Experience with both logical and physical data models (using ERStudio or other tool) *In addition, the qualified candidates will have the following experience:* · 5+ years of professional experience · Proven ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities · Experience supporting a methodology transition from Waterfall to Agile across Development and Data Management · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Experience working in all phases of software development lifecycle. · Experience working on implementations from data requirements phase through deployment · BA/BS degree in CS preferred Click here to view full job description and apply<http://ejobsville.com/display-job/57013> (Guest users can also apply) ------------------------------ Best regards, eJobsVille.com - For The Best Tech Jobs In Town -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
