· Experience in Install, configure, maintain and support instances
of WebSphere Application Server on Windows and zLinux
platforms
· Experience with the implementation of, and execute the operation
of, system monitoring tools and scripts
· Experience in Configuring system level security as required by
the applications
· Establish, maintain, and monitor connectivity with directory
services as well as web, application and database servers
· Maintain documentation for system support; mentor other
administrators
· Manage small to medium sized server projects, coordinating
resources and gathering needed deliverables from other teams

Relevant Experience  & Experience Required
(in Yrs):5 Yrs

   -MUST HAVE SKILLS
• 6+ years of experience in managing the WebSphere infrastructure.
• Experience in installation, configuration of WebSphere Application
Server ND 6.1, 7.0
• Experience in deployments, Jacl, Jython scripting, Ant, tools like
Hudson.
• Exposure to Unix flavors like AIX and Solaris.
• Experience in installation and configuration of SunONE Web server 7.0
and IBM Http Server 7.0.
• Experience in day to day production support.
• Should be good at monitoring, troubleshooting and problem
determination.
• Exposure to e-Commerce infrastructure involving firewall, DMZ is an
added advantage
