3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 60 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:* - Experience with business rules integration and proven expertise in Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) 10.4. - Experience with Java. Familiarity with JEE 1.6 including EJBs, JSP development using custom tags, Struts 2, Hibernate 4, and Java Frameworks / Packages such as JQuery 1.7, and Apache Commons. - Experience with configuring COTS software. - Experience with application development and support in a primarily Linux OS environment (i.e.- production on-call support for applications, troubleshooting, issue resolution, SDLC, security management, testing (unit, system, integration, performance tests), and developing technical documentation). - Development experience working with Oracle 11g back-end, and familiarity with Crystal Reports or other report development software.
