*12 Months*

IT solution architect (Functional and Technical) role description:  An
Ideal person will be someone with 10-12 years of experience in Oracle EBS
and hands on experience in implementation and management of Oracle
Applications procure to pay and Financial Modules at least with two global
companies.
Functional Skills:  Must have proven experience of implementation,
configuration, customization and integration of Oracle procurement and
Financial Modules in a global company.



Some of the functional modules included are:

   - Oracle iProcurement
   - Oracle iSupplier
   - Oracle Purchasing
   - Approvals Management Engine
   - Oracle Accounts Payables
   - Oracle Payments
   - Oracle EB-Tax
   - Sub Ledger Accounting
   - General Ledger


   - Thorough understanding of all the procure to pay, European EB Tax,
   Withholding Tax and financial setups and business processes
   - Should possess experience of using one or more invoice scanning and
   approval workflow processes systems like Brainware
   - Should possess experience of supporting employee expense reporting
   tools like Concur
   - Strong Technical Accounting Knowledge
   - In-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting policies and
   procedures
   - Knowledge of Primary and Secondary Ledger accounting processes in
   order to support Local GAAP and US GAAP.
   -  Working knowledge integration between Oracle Procurement , Payables,
   Financials is critical
   - Nice to have experience in Assurenet


Technical Skills:

   - Deep experience with all Oracle Financial modules (PO, AP, SLA, GL) is
   a must.
   - Full understanding of integration between modules within E-business
   suite
   - Must have EBS support and maintenance experience.
   - Sound technology knowledge to be able to contribute effectively for
   technical design, architecture and data flow dependencies
   - Deep knowledge of table structure within Oracle to assist with
   locating data.
   - Experience working with Oracle Support and providing technical
   questions (SQL knowledge) to their questions and queries.
   - Familiarity with Oracle patching and release process.
   - Must have Oracle AIM (methodology) experience
   - Proven ability to design and document function solution (MD50) and
   then design and develop technical solution (MD70) and build necessary
   technical components like PL*SQL, AME rules, Workflow extensions, forms
   personalization etc.
   - Extensive experience in designing and developing interfaces between
   EBS and 3rd party systems.


 Solution Skills:

   - Hands on experience of implementation and operation of Oracle
   Financials solution for a global company. The individual's past experience
   and lessons learned can assist us in recommending and communicating
   possible future state approach and enhancements within current
   implementation
   - Client/consulting/implementation/presentation/communication
   skills/experience.  These skills will be needed to manage making the
   necessary process and solution changes within Client
   - Experience with Process Re-engineering and Project process is a plus.
   This is important as this will need to be done with Client’s existing
   footprint.
   - The ability to make best practice recommendations/ lessons learned
   from other companies to help in decision making at  Client
   - Experience with performing business requirements gathering (to be
   model - as is model).
   - Knowledge of standard testing methodologies (unit, system,
   integration, regression, migration etc.
   - Preparation of functional and assist with technical application
   documentation - business process flows, business process procedures,
   application instructions.


  Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

   - 10-12 years of relevant experience and a BA or BS degree is must
   - Experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry a plus
   - Experience in multi-national organization a plus
   - Requires in-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting
   principles and Local statutory principle of major European countries
   - In-depth knowledge of Oracle Applications (EBS) R12.
   - Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, and Word) required.
   - Proficient in all aspects of Procurement and finance.
   - Strong presentation skills are required.
   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
   - Must be a team player, collaborative problem solver with a
   professional manner.
