Primary Skill Set:



· PEGA,  BPM Process Design,  BPM, Experience with LSA in PEGA
technology

· PEGA 7.x.x is preferred,

· Integration of external systems with PEGA PRPC

· Integrating PEGA with External Cache Servers and other standard
services (SOAP,REST,JMS)



Secondary Skill Set:  Oracle SQL, PL/SQL



Needed / Preferred aspects :

· Experience of atleast Two full PEGA Project Lifecycles :
End-to-end Development, Unit Testing, Post Normalization Support

· Strong Debugging Skills

· Strong Client facing skills and  Co-ordinate with Offshore for
Global Delivery model.

· Standardized Estimation tools, Identify,  Document & Realize use
cases for re-use

· Plug & Play data adaptors,  Apply Best Practices,   Build CoE for
Pega Initiatives

Experience in the design and development of complex applications. •
Responsibilities include design and implementation of Pega Rules Process
Commander (PRPC) • Business Applications and Rules within the BPM Suite; and
integration between the BPM suite and supporting applications and extensive
experience using Pega PRPC and Pega CPMi framework • Developer proficient
with the Pega implementation cycle, including tool installation, business
application and rules development, business process modeling, testing, and
deployment • Experience in web services and portal technology as well as
development of Service components for integration with current solutions are
required
