** * * **** *Please send resume to s...@cncconsulting.com <s...@cncconsulting.com> * Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Technical Analyst Location: Detroit, MI Duration: 12+ months Description: The PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant will gather, document and understand business requirements across Human Resources and Payroll to ensure that enterprise systems are designed, configured, tested, implemented and function to meet client requirement. A successful candidate should be able to work with functional business analysts, business process owners and other technical team members for a given requirement or process. This includes taking part of the design, soliciting feedback and documenting the information associated with the integration for support and change management purposes. Candidate should be familiar with a broad range of IT concepts, practices, and procedures. General Skills and Experience Required Minimum 5 to 7 years functional/technical experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM including experience supporting version 9.1 and PeopleTools 8.51 Minimum 5 to 7 years providing functional/technical support of the following modules: HR, Payroll for North America and Benefits Administration. Minimum 5 to 7 years demonstrated knowledge in the following areas: PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, SQR, Application Engine, Application Messaging, PS Query, SQL Experience implementing PeopleSoft customizations Specific experience with applying and testing patches, bundles, and maintenance packs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Perform coding and implementation of system changes Strong analytical and debugging skills Preferred Experience PeopleSoft Modules: HR, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Payroll for North America, eProfile, eBenefits, Manager Self Service PeopleSoft Testing Framework and PeopleSoft XMLP Experience would be a plus. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, team player, with strong technical, project management and verbal / written communications skills, and will be able to operate as a dependable member of the development and support team. Other Skills and Abilities Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills. A high proficiency level in specific job related skills is required. Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability for project commitments and be comfortable working in unstructured, dynamic team environments Knowledge of a variety of current and emerging technologies ¿ Ability to complete technical projects of great complexity on time and within budget Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree is required. ¿ Masters degree is not required but preferred.
