*Technical/Functional Skills                *

•              Experience in PeopleSoft Payroll is a MUST

•              Experience in other PeopleSoft modules like Core HR, T&L,
Benefits, is highly desirable

•              Data conversion and integration experience is a MUST.

•              Good experience in managing different test cycles during
Project lifecycle.

•              Experience in all SDLC phases of Production Support and
Development Projects.

•              Experience in Upgrade and Implementation is a plus.

•              Hands on experience with technical activities like coding,
solutioning, testing, etc is a MUST



*Roles & Responsibilities       *

•              Manage client relationship at operational level

•              Provide techno functional SME support for all HCM projects

•              Conducting fit-gap sessions, design & solution sessions, for
customer requirements



*Generic Managerial Skills     *

•                    Status reporting to Project Manager

•                    Coordinate work with offshore team

•                    Good communication and client facing skills
