Mandatory Qualifications
Experience with HCM Core Configuration including HR, Payroll, and Time and
Labor
Experience with integration between Payroll and Time and Labor; and Payroll
and Commitment Accounting
Experience with Time Administration
Experience in a Multiple Job Environment
Experience in a PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and HCM split environment
Significant experience with coding revisions to Template Based Time and
Labor Rules
Significant experience with coding new/custom Time and Labor Rules
Experience developing Structured Query Reporter (SQR) programs
Experience developing Application Engines with App Engine Designer
Experience with Integration Broker for Workforce Sync
Experience leading and assigning tasks to functional and technical client
staff
Experience identifying options and recommendations for improving existing
Time and Labor processes
Code/Implement Time And Labor Rules that delete, update, or insert
information into PeopleSoft
Holiday Rules, Overtime Rules, CompTime Rules, On-Call Rules, CallBack Rules
Code/Implement Existing Payroll, Time And Labor Rules that delete, update,
or insert information into PeopleSoft
Update Employee EFT Banking Information: The program retrieves employee
direct deposit information from the HRLS database and populates the
appropriate Finance tables for EFT processing of Employee expense
Workers Compensation Modification: Calculate the Workers Compensation
deduction and insert the deduction
Leave Draw Down Process: Draw the time-entered-leave down from state
mandated leave
Fund Reallocation: This SQR reads the BSU pay distribution table and
allocates funds from fund 0001 to funds 650 and 660
Basic Life & Voluntary Life Adjustment
Update student FICA and SUT exemption status in Job
Leave Accrual: Partial Year updates Earnings Codes and Holiday Schedules
for employees that work part of the year but are paid throughout the year
Professional Leave (COMP TIME PAY/ADJUST File)
Clear Leave Balance of Employees Termed less than 3 years
Employee PARK Deduction Import from the Parking T2 System
Reset payroll confirm flags for batch refunding
BSU Student Financial Direct Deposit Transmittal File
Enroll Employee to T&L (Time Reporter Data Management)
Payroll Check Print
COMP TIME PAY/ADJUST File: This SQR creates a payline entry for payperiod
of available prev comp to be paid and zeros prev comp for those employees
who qualify for payoff and then rolls current comp balances into previous comp
balance
Custom Leave Accrual Process

Troubleshoot and resolve problems that result from functional user testing
