· Looking for someone having experience as a *Performance Tester.*

· Having experience with Performance testing using HP tools on
enterprise applications.

· Experienced using Load Runner and Performance center

· Hands on experience developing Load Runner scripts and experienced
using manual correlation

· About 4+ years of complete performance testing experience

· Good at application performance basic concepts

· Experienced analyzing and reporting the performance results

· Good understanding of application performance requirements, and
technical experience with enterprise applications like Siebel, Oracle  SAP

· Able to work in a fast pace environment with changing priorities.

· Strong organization and problem solving skills.

· Good understanding with ability to quickly grasp business
requirements
