Preferred: worked in Project Management Office environment, performed
project audits
Manager emphasized that she does not want testers….she wants candidates who
have an understanding of the SDLC and what it takes to keep a project on
schedule and budget. This candidate has to
have experience auditing projects. They will be working on the RISE
project, which is the largest project NEC has
SQA Responsibility
* Performs periodic project audits to assess compliance.
* Helps teams get back into compliance should they fall out of
compliance.
* Collects and maintains productivity and efficiency metrics,
evaluation records, resource and Content Management, CM databases.
* Trains others that will be performing SQA functions.
* Participates in internal reviews, formal customer reviews and
audits, and follow up on related findings to assure closure.
* Prepares for all Quality Audits and respond to audit issues.
* Ensure compliance and record keeping for all mandated quality
checks.
Provides effective communication regarding issues, objectives,
initiatives and performance to plan.
CM Responsibility
* Manage the project library, ensure check-in/checkout of
documents, version history info, version number, etc.
* Manage Repository (library for all documents delivered to the
customer)
