Production Services Fixed INcome trading department looking for mid to senior analyst with BS in Information System or other related field; Applicant must be a detail - oriented team player to fill user support position. Will provide tier-one/teir-two help desk support for our derivative trade capture, electronic trading/pricing, and e-trading connectivity systems. The primary responsibility is to ensure the continued availability, stability, efficiency and accuracy of the systems and being proactive in realizing maximum value from them through continual technical and business process improvement. There will be exposure to senior business and technology representatives requiring that the candidate possesses excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize issues, and escalate where appropriate. Required Skills * Prior exposure to database management, SQL, SYBASE, *Stron knowledge of Fixed Income Connectivity, Post Trade Feed,OMS Routing. *Strong product knowledge of Fixed Income Pricing , risk, and analytics. *Strong knowledge of TIBCO Hawk, Sentinel or similar Alert system *3+ years of experience Supporting applications and systems in a gloval fixed income environment * Strong technology skills needed to troubleshoot business, application, and system issues *Strong Verbal and written communication skills *Ability to work under pressure and continue to support Traders, users, and applications *Has experience performing release deployment tasks *Excellent client facing skills with a proven track record of building relationships with business and technology stakeholders *Strong trade processing knowledge - 'After the trade is made' type *Exceptional technical skills *Knowledge of UNIX *Familiar with IT Tools (Jira/Remedy) and metrics reporting * Knowledge of e-trading platforms, ION MMI, .NET Platforms, an/or VB a huge plus * -- *Looking forward to working with you...
