· Supports the infrastructure development for *SharePoint, SSRS and
Windows based HCM Cloud Operations servers. *

· Additional responsibilities involve the *Operations, Community
and Partner Process workflow, SAP Identity authentication, Partner and
Provisioning tools.*

· The position of Application Developer will be responsible for
developing high quality, scalable and extendable solutions for core
business *systems including the Windows based intranet and extranets and
integrated platforms.*

*What You Need to Bring to the Table:*



· 5+ years of experience *ASP.NET  / C# design,
development and testing*

· 5+ years of experience *Microsoft SQL Server database design*,
development, and testing

· 3+ years of experience BCS, SSRS, PerformancePoint design,
development and testing

· 3+ years of experience *SharePoint 2010 development* (Designer,
Workflows, Web Parts, APSX, custom pages)

· *3+ years of Visual Studio, InfoPath 2010*

EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of relevant experience in the following technologies: IIS,.NET
Framework (1.1-3.5), ASP.NET using Visual Basic.NET. Developing,
implementing and utilizing Web Services and Service Oriented Architectures
(SOA), Extensive SharePoint 2007 development experience is a must, Live
Meeting, Instant Messaging, Experience with Documentum and development
against Active Directory, Exchange/Outlook a plus.

Job Duties:
•Gather requirements and interview clients/customers for the purpose of
re-structuring  SharePoint sites
•Planning, layout and design for SharePoint sites.
•Create technical  design specifications from user requirements
•Develop custom SharePoint features as needed
•Conduct system testing
•Troubleshoot issues  defects
•Create project documentation
•Create graphics, wireframes and content layouts
•Present wireframes to clients and give site demos
•Project management/business analysis
•SharePoint or web application support and training
•Work in conjunction with other members of the Web Technology team to
deliver web  based  solutions in accordance with EP Enterprise
Architecture using defined tools, practices,   principles and procedures.
•Work with the Web Technology Manager to identify emerging technologies
that will  benefit the  EP organization
•Develop, maintain and promote viable, sustainable web-services
architecture for  the EP  business. Including (but not limited to):

oWeb based development (Applications, Static  Sites and Web Services)
oSharePoint development and administration
oVisual Studio development architectures
oCompliance with developing Enterprise Architecture

•Give presentations, demonstrations and training sessions as needed
•Work directly with business users to determine the requirements around the
best  solution and  reasonably accurate time estimate for projects
•New initiatives
