Identifying data objects and their sources 2. Mapping legacy data fields to target data fields 3. Building business rules to transform data from legacy system to target system 4. Assisting with build of mechanism to convert legacy data to target data using the business rules 5. Preparing data for loads into target system 6. Validating data 7. Managing work of Rightshore resources 8. Managing the status of each data object (e.g. vendor file is being mapped; all transformation rules are written for customer file, etc.) – Experience with collaborating with Rightshore resources - Oil field services a plus 9.
