*Who can Apply:**U.S. citizens and H-1Bs accepted* * * *Job Location:*Columbia, SC * * *Job Duration:*6 months with a possible 1 year extension** * * *Job Type:*On-site 40 hours a week * * *Bill Rate Range:**Open* * * *Job Description:* „ Serve as project trainer and assist as training facilitator „ Assist in analyzing end-user environments to facilitate relevancy in training „Assess, develop, deliver, evaluate, and report training needs, incorporating South Carolina code and regulations „Have working knowledge of RWD uPerform and experience with developing on-line and instructor-led courses for public sector entities „Able to design and develop courses to include student and instructor materials, and exercise guides and quick reference guides „ Deliver training with limited functional team support and familiar with developing and facilitating hands-on exercises for courses. Assist with development of course exercises in training database „ Assist with training management (curriculum development, class scheduling, student registration and testing, awarding of certificates and transcripts, etc.) for the approximated 51,000 customers-learners targeted by the SCEIS Project. „ Assist in analyzing end-user communications for issues resolution. „ Aid in the development of the training curriculum and courses *Skills Required:* „ STRONG WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PUBLIC SECTOR/STATE GOVERNMENT FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT AND HUMAN RESOURCE AND PAYROLL POLICIES, PROGRAMS AND PROCEDURES, „ SAP TRAINING DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE IS DESIRED „ EXCELLENT ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS „ ABILITY TO PLAN, ORGANIZE AND COORDINATE WORK ASSIGNMENTS. „ ABILITY TO WORK WITH OTHER SCEIS EMPLOYEES. „ ABILITY TO TRAIN ADULT LEARNERS AND ASSIST OTHER SCEIS TRAINERS.
