Position: SQL Server DBA Location: Mount Laurel, NJ Type: 1 year contract *Must have the below Financial Industry experience or do not send.* *Industry experience: * *providing the coordination of title and closing services to Mortgage Lenders and Brokers, Real Estate Agents, Banks, and Credit Unions.* Description : Extremely conversant and thorough with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 and above. Solid knowledge of the internal architecture and behavior of SQL Server features is a must have as this position is responsible for designing and building complex transactional databases and data warehouses. Must have strong hands-on ability to write, tune, and troubleshoot using TSQL. Should be able to recommend why certain constructs are more efficient over others. 2+ years of hands on experience is a must. Must have 3+ years experience in managing production SQL Server instances in high volume mission critical transactional environments. Administration and troubleshooting experience of a high availability SQL Server environment is required as this position administers mission critical, enterprise wide clustered SQL Server instances. 2+ years of hands on clustered environment experience is a must. This individual must have some experience with development and administration of enterprise reporting environments, including working with some reporting tools. 2+ years experience required. Must have prior experience in working on application development projects utilizing standard development methodologies. Must have strong understanding and at least 3 years hands-on experience in working with Windows Operating Systems. 6+ years of experience with a Bachelors Degree, 4+ years of experience with a Masters degree in IT or related field, out of which at least 4 years (3 years with Masters) experience in Database Administration.
