Job Title: Quality Analyst Location : Columbus Ohio Duration : 6+ months Must Be Face To Face interview Job Requirment: All skills of QA – Junior. At least 7 years of Testing experience. trong ability to manage a test team under the directive of the QA Lead Understands focus of various testing types: integration, system, performance, user acceptance, etc. Must be proficient in Performance Testing Experience in assisting QA lead in preparing test plans, writing test scripts, leading test team activities. Ability to evaluate requirements & design docs from a quality testability standpoint. Analyze testing results, report defects, identify and report root causes for test failures by working with the development team. Experience in Test Management and Performance tools such as Load Runner, Visual Studio, etc. Work closely with QA Lead and other project team members. Able to identify critical test artifacts from repository for unique purposes (i.e., smoke test, regression, etc..,). Understands release management procedures.
