The analysis should document the requirements for a centralized criminal justice system serving the informational need of all justice agencies, incorporating agency functions and system integration. Min skills required: Communications – candidate will interact with business stakeholders and SME’s to understand their business functions and desired requirements; Analysis – candidate will have outstanding analytical skills so that a customer’s business needs are properly interpreted and translated into functional and technical requirements; candidate will analyze data, documents, user input surveys and workflows to determine requirements. Project Management – candidate will have practical experience with project management techniques and tools. The senior Business Analyst must have: Experience in leading business process re-engineering efforts for at least three medium-to-large software projects.
