Our client is one of the world's largest insurance organizations serving customers in more than 100 countries. They are now looking for a Storage Administrator to join their team. If you’re a high-caliber Storage Administrator with strong EMC and NetApp skills and experience, this is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global insurance company. Working within our client's Fort Worth office, you'll join a creative and dynamic work environment that will provide you with exceptional opportunities for growth. As a Storage Administrator, you will be part of the storage operations team supporting new build allocations for new servers as well as troubleshooting any storage infrastructure issues and handling request for service. Your other duties will include: Providing local and remote support for the multi-vendor (EMC, NetApp) storage platforms. Handling 3rd level problem resolution and working with the vendors to maintain and upgrade the legacy storage environment. To be considered for this role, you must have: 6+ years of storage operations experience. Knowledge of EMC and NetAPP SAN and switch hardware and software. Working knowledge both local and remote replication technology, and provisioning and zoning for the EMC and NetApp platforms. Understanding patching and upgrading storage equipment.
